Stars like Mia Khalifa, Rihanna and Greta Thunberg are being widely discussed on social media as they extended their support to the ongoing Farmers' Protest. There are many who are slamming the international celebrities for their tweets. A demonstration was also held against these stars and pictures of the same are on social media. Now, former porn star Mia Khalifa has reacted to the demonstration held against her and stated that she is still standing in support of the farmers.
On Twitter, Mia Khalifa, who quit the adult film industry a few years ago, wrote, "Confirming I have in fact regained consciousness, and would like to thank you for your concern, albeit unnecessary. Still standing with the farmers, though." She is receiving mixed response on this tweet of hers. Earlier, Mia had reacted to internet connection being cut in areas of protest and tweeted, "What in the human rights violations is going on?! They cut the internet around New Delhi?! #FarmersProtest." Among all, Kangana Ranaut was also the one who slammed Mia for her comments.
