Mahendra Singh Dhoni is easily one of the most popular cricketers across the globe and the former captain of the Indian cricket team and the current skipper of Chennai Super Kings is always chased by his fans wherever he goes. However, his fans have stormed the social media platforms to express their disgust and displeasure at an air hostess who recorded a video of the cricketer while he was sleeping on a flight. The video featured the former ace wicket-keeper of India sleeping while his wife Sakshi is engaged in her own activities.

The now-viral video instantly grabbed everyone’s attention, leading to criticism of the air hostess for invading Dhoni's privacy.


In a recent episode of fans being starstruck by a celebrity’s presence, an air hostess recorded a video of him on a flight after being overjoyed to spot him. However, her actions did not go well with MS Dhoni fans who pointed out that the air hostess is recording the cricketer during his personal time and even slammed her for her actions. In the video, which is now going viral on social media, Dhoni can be seen sleeping peacefully while his wife Sakshi is busy with something.

Moreover, social media users had mixed reviews of the entire incident. While many accused the air hostess of breaching Dhoni's privacy with the video, others said there was nothing wrong with people taking photos or videos of their favourite celebrity.

"You have to respect the privacy. If someone had made a video of her, the matter would have reached the UN," wrote one user in Hindi. Another user lashed out at the air hostess for her lack of professionalism, saying, "Can somebody please instruct and enlighten the Air hostess to be more professional and not intrude on their privacy?"

"She's invading the privacy of Dhoni and his wife, totally wrong," wrote another Twitter user.

One user demanded the air hostess to be fired and tagged the IndiGo airline. The user wrote, "Sack the employee for breaching someone's privacy."






The intense backlash against her for recording MS Dhoni's personal moment has created quite a stir online. 

Earlier on Friday, Dhoni's wife Sakshi shared an update on the cricketer's knee injury, saying that he was undergoing rehabilitation and recovering.
