Hina Khan came under the scanner when during a Bigg Boss 11 episode she passed a nasty comment on South Indian actresses. She tagged them as 'Bulgy' and had some mean things to say about their body type.
Post this episode, she was highly slammed not only by Bollywood actresses like Kirti Kharbanda but also by other actresses of her fraternity.
And now, Zareen Khan has expressed her displeasure about the comment. During an exclusive chat with SpotboyE.com for her upcoming film, 1921, Zareen lambasted Hina and called her FAKE.
"I really don't know what to tell Hina Khan. She didn't accept a role because she was asked to put on weight...but it’s surprising because she is an actor. If she wants to be restricted in terms of her looks, then that’s her call but there are big names from Bollywood and Hollywood, who have completely changed themselves for their roles. Vidya Balan had put on so much weight for dirty picture. Randeep Hooda had completely shrunk himself when he was shooting for Sarbjit. I am sure if she would have got an offer opposite a very big actor or a very big director, she would have not said no to the role. Somehow, I find Hina Khan fake.” said the actress.
Not just this, Zareen concluded her statement with a sarcastic comment and said, "I can't sugar-coat my thoughts about Hina Khan any further (Laughs)."
Well, looks like Hina Khan has got an addition in her haters list.
