Nitesh Tiwari’s multi-starrer Chhichhore takes a leap of around 67% on day 2 at the box office.
Opening on an average note of Rs. 7.32 cr, it jumped to Rs. 12.25 crore as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh’s latest tweet. Now the movie stands on the box office collection of Rs. 19.57 cr. The movie recorded decent business in metro cities and multiplexes, however, it doesn’t impress the audience to crowd the theatres on the very first day itself. Chhichhore might grow on the word of mouth publicity as per Taran Adarsh.
“#Chhichhore jumps [67.35%] on Day 2... Glowing word of mouth is converting into enhanced footfalls and in turn, reflecting in its BO numbers... Expect further growth on Day 3... Eyes ₹ 35 cr [+/-] total in its weekend... Fri 7.32 cr, Sat 12.25 cr. Total: ₹ 19.57 cr. #India biz,” updated Taran on his official Twitter handle. Also the reason for a slow start to the movie was heavy rains refraining people from stepping out for any sort of entertaining activity as well as
Saaho’s run at the box office, due to Prabhas’ avid fans.
Though the film might have a decent sail during this week with Saaho also at the screens, it might be hit tremendous with the next week’s release. Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha’s mad romantic-comedy titled
Dream Girl is set to release on September 13, 2019. Trailer’s quirkiness and unique plot yet again gets the audience’s attention on Ayushmann’s unique selection of films, assuring an entertaining week ahead.
