Prassthanam. From its release the movie has managed to survive at the box-office by minting Rs. 6.05 crore in a week’s time. The movie has collected Rs. 50 crore on Thursday, performing slightly better as compared to the other two releases at the window-ticket.
The Zoya Factor would mark Sonam Kapoor’s most disastrous film of her career. Opening on as low as Rs. 2.50 crore on its first weekend, the film kept on crashing on the BO further with Rs. 15 lakh on Monday, followed by Rs.10 lakh on Tuesday, Rs. 8 lakh on Wednesday and Thursday registered the lowest with Rs. 7 lakh. Totaling the film’s collection to Rs. 2.90 crore which clearly indicates of the film to be pulled down from the theatres very soon.
And lastly Sanjay Dutt’s multi-starrer political drama Prassthanam too opened on a bad note in its first week with merely minting Rs. 3.15 crore. The movie now on day 7th stands at Rs 4.78 crore; giving a quick lowdown how film kept on fairing low at the box-office on Monday film earned Rs 50 lakh, on Tuesday it collected Rs. 40 lakh whereas on Wednesday and Thursday, it minted Rs. 38 lakh and Rs. 35 lakh respectively.
