A while ago, we brought you the story about all not
being well between Sanjay Dutt and Omung Kumar on the sets of Bhoomi and
told you that the director has a project in the pipeline with another star.
Now, SpotboyE.com can reveal that Omung is in talks with
John Abraham for a war film.
John Abraham May Star In Omung Kumar's Next
Says a source, “Omung has an idea to make a war film and
has approached John Abraham for it. However, John is yet to give a nod to the
project.”
At the moment, John is busy filming Parmanu – the film based
on India's first nuclear test at Pokhran in 1998. It was India's second nuclear test after the first one in
1974.
Talking about the subject of the film, co-produced
by KriArj Entertainment (Prerna Arora and Arjun N Kapoor) John had told a
section of the media, "Nuclear power is never always used for negative
purposes and that's what we have shown in our film. There was a no first use
policy and it's quite an intriguing subject and interesting film, and we are
very proud to be a part of it."
Parmanu Movie Poster
Recently, John revealed that Parmanu will not release
on December 8. He said, “Our film is big and important and is made with lot
of heart. It's the important film for the country as well so we wanted to
showcase it in right way and we wanted to have availability of sufficient
screens around us. We wanted everything to happen correctly so that's the
reason we thought not to come on December 8."
Coming back to the story, let’s see what Omung dishes out
next and if Abraham collaborates with him.
