The Sky Is Pink Box Office Collection Day 3: Priyanka Chopra And Farhan Akhtar Starrer Shows Steady Growth

Looks like Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf starrer The Sky Is Pink has changed its gear as it has now started to show growth in its earnings at the box office. The film, which released on October 11 is showing slow growth for three days now. The film, which collected Rs 2.50 crore on day 1 saw a growth of Rs 4 Crore on day 2. Now, its day three and the collection shows a positive response of the audience towards the film. With great word of mouth, the film has made a business of Rs 4.20 crore on Day 3 making it to Rs 10.70 crore in three days

Tweeting the number, Taran Adarsh Tweeted, “#TheSkyIsPink is dull... Gathered momentum on Day 2 [Sat], but fell flat on Day 3 [Sun], more so towards evening shows... Even its target audience - the multiplex crowd - didn’t embrace it wholeheartedly... Fri 2.50 cr, Sat 4 cr, Sun 4.20 cr. Total: ₹ 10.70 cr. #India biz.

SpotboyE Editor Vickey Lalwani rated the film 4.5 stars and wrote, “Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar are two of the most distinguished actors that Indian cinema is gifted with. Surprisingly, we have praised a lot many other actors more than them in the volumes of pages we have written. Journos, are you listening? Let's admit that today.”

Well, the film is definitely for a select audience and connects with your heart straight away. The Sky Is Pink also received a standing ovation at the recently concluded Toronto International Film Festival.
