After Samosa Aur Chutney, Gabbar Aur Sambha and Kalkatte Ki Madonna, the makers of Meri Pyaari Bindu just released the fourth chapter of the film’s trailer – Bindu V/s Maa.
Bindu is essentially a free-spirit – someone who doesn’t fit into the so-called ‘structured’ system of the society. Abhi’s mother is traumatised by the way Bindu lives her life and advices her son to stay away as she fears that Abhi will get influenced and stray.
In this one, the viewers witness how the two most important ladies in Abhimanyu’s (Ayushmann) life don’t get along and he is left to keep both of them happy.
A classic song makes for an important aspect of all chapters and Bindu V/s Maa is no exception. In this one, Koi Yahaan Aha Nache Nache (Disco Dancer) originally sung Usha Uthup and Bappi Lahiri plays in the background.
SpotboyE.com was invited to the special screening of all 5 chapters of Meri Pyaari Bindu at Yash Raj Studios a few days ago and they were a delight to say the least. We met the film’s lead pair, Parineeti and Ayushmann Khurrana and they looked visibly elated. Also present were co-producer Maneesh Sharma and director Akshay Roy.
Meri Pyaari Bindu has been arousing curiosity ever since it went on floors. The project’s teaser, Parineeti's debut playback, Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin has already got people talking.
Revealing certain aspects about the film through chapters is an interesting way of connecting with viewers.
In the film, Parineeti Chopra plays Bindu – an aspiring singer while Ayushmann Khurrana plays the character of Abhimanyu Roy, a novelist who specializes in writing pulp fiction stories. On the poster, Ayushmann is seen holding a novel whose title reads, 'Chudail Ki Choli'.
Meri Pyaari Bindu would release on May 12.
