A Rom-Com From Ajay Devgn And Kajol? Duo To Share Screen Space For The 10th Time - Report
Latest buzz in the bylanes of Bollywood is that Ajay Devgn and wife Kajol will be coming together as the lead for their tenth film
After working together for their own production, the long awaited period drama - Tanhaji: The Unsung Warriors, Ajay Devgan and Kajol are once again reuniting for an upcoming light-hearted romcom. The couple apparently liked the idea so much that they have already registered three titles for the same.
As per a report in mid-day, a source was quoted saying that the idea development took place on Kajol’s birthday last week when she flew down to Bhuj to visit Ajay. Since the things have been in developmental stage. The film basically is about a mature couple and their take on romance. Their home production, Ajay Devgan Films have already registered with these three titles: Romance Aur Kya, Dhoka Around The Corner, and Dhoka.
Although the duo is keen to play the leads; it is still undecided whether Ajay will take on the lead or the director’s hat. The script is still being formulated which the duo needs to read and work on. If everything goes on track, the film is expected to roll in mid 2020 as their tenth movie together.
In Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior directed by Om Raut, the couple is working together after ten years long hiatus. A close source of the movie revealed that the Kajol will be seen as his onscreen partner as in wife of Tanhaji Malusare. Although a guest appearance, the audience will be watching them together after a decade. The couple was last seen together as the lead in ‘U, Me aur Hum’ (2008).
