Actor-Producer Nikhil Dwivedi Takes Legal Action Against KRK For His Slanderous Tweets; Court Orders An Injunction Against KRK - REPORT
Kamaal R Khan often makes it to the headlines for the explosive tweets that he makes against the celebrities. More than often, he makes accusatory tweets against stars. It seems, actor-director Nikhil Dwivedi is in no mood to take any of the negativity from KRK. The Scam 1992 star has dragged KRK to court and filed a complaint against him for the alleged slanderous tweets that he made against him. In September 2020, KRK targeted Nikhil through his tweets, which Mr Dwivedi ignored. But reportedly, the self-proclaimed critics once again made tweets against Nikhil and thus, he has been dragged to the court.

As reported by Bollywood Hungama, the court has now ruled out in the favour of Nikhil Dwivedi. As informed by Nikhil's lawyer, KRK is now barred from making any tweet, directly or indirectly, about Nikhil. Basically, the court has ordered an injunction against KRK and if he fails to follow the same, it will be considered as the contempt of the Honourable Court.

"Our client Mr Nikhil Dwivedi, an actor and producer, has filed a lawsuit against Mr Kamaal R Khan for the slanderous tweets and YouTube videos, which were posted by Mr Kamaal R Khan wherein he had made defamatory statements and also baseless allegations against Mr Dwivedi. The series of tweets and other posts were categorically reproduced in the said suit filed by Mr Dwivedi. The Honourable Court read through the statements made by Mr Kamaal R Khan and recorded that prima facie case has been made out against him and granted ad-interim relief against Mr. Kamaal R Khan and the other Defendants whereby they are restrained from publishing defamatory states as described in the Plaint and/or any other statement (whether written, printed, audio or video) containing the same or similar allegations (as included in the said Acts of Defamation) against the Plaintiff. Any such act hereon will be treated as the contempt of Honourable Court,” the lawyer informed.  (Also Read: Bigg Boss Contestant KRK Threatens And Abuses YouTuber Shivam Trivedi For The Friendly Roast Video Dedicated To KRK-EXCLUSIVE)
