A few minutes
back, Aditya Pancholi and Kangana Ranaut reached the Andheri Metroplitan court
to file a defamation case against Kangana Ranaut. Here are the latest pictures

On Oct 10, we
told you that come Oct 13, and Aditya will take the legal course to
tackle his issues with Kangana Ranaut. His lawyer, Shreya Shrivastava
had confirmed the news to us. And now, finally, Aditya and his wife,
Zarina have done what they had planned.
We were the
first to tell you that Aditya had sent a legal notice to Kangana on September
25. For those who have
come in late, this notice was sent after Kangana Ranaut spoke extensively about
Aditya in a recent television interview. The actress had said that Aditya
'exploited' her and accused him of holding her under ‘house arrest'.
Believe it or
not, Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui replied to the legal
notice by sending Aditya’s legal team newspaper clippings of old articles where
Kangana had spoken about her personal experiences with Aditya. “My client,
who has been a victim of crime, has largely spoken about her personal
experiences, which were already reported on various media platforms since the
year 2007,” said Rizwan.

Aditya Pancholi
is livid with the response, or the lack of it in this case. The actor is
furious and he has decided to go hammer and tongs after Kangana. Speaking to
SpotboyE.com, he said “This is no response to my notice, Kangana had no right
to defame me on national television.”
The actor gave
Kangana a chance to reply to his notice and largely dissatisfied with her
response, he has now instructed his lawyers Zameer Khan and Shreya Srivastava
to commence legal proceedings and file a Civil and Criminal Defamation Case
against the Simran star.
Kangana’s
miseries are mounting by the day. Not only has the actress’ personal life
become fodder for headlines, things are not great on the professional
front as well with Manikarnika hitting a rough patch.
And now, another
case has been filed against the actress. What will be Kangana’s reply this
time?
