Akshay Kumar To Collaborate With Sanjay Leela Bhansali For Rowdy Rathore 2
Akshay Kumar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be collaborating once again for the sequel of Rowdy Rathore

Akshay Kumar and Padmaavat director Sanjay Leela Bhansali have impressed everyone with their collaboration in the 2012 film Rowdy Rathore. The actor’s best performance and the director’s effort has raked in good numbers. The Mission Mangal star will be in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali sequel of Rowdy Rathore as well.
The director and the actor have wanted to make a sequel of the film since long. But, Akshay has been very busy hence the idea was pushed ahead. On many occasions, the producer has mentioned, “Lekin Akshay ko phursat kahan?” which in English means “Where does Akshay have the time?” In the beginning of 2018, Akshay and Sanjay Leela Bhansali had hosted a joint press conference to announce the postponed dates of the film Padman and paved the way for Padmaavat’s release. The actor has shared his feelings on wanting the sequel of Rowdy Rathore 2 to be made. As the first part was directed by Prabhudheva, Rowdy Rathore 2 is all set to go on floors in 2020, but with another director.
Akshay is currently busy vacationing in London with his family. The star has a good number of films lined up like Good News and Mission Mangal. Recently, teaser of the film Mission Mangal was released, and the actor’s startling act in the beginning of the trailer has been well received by the audiences.
