After releasing the poster that focuses on the inspiring cast of the film aiming to achieve a goal. Here's presenting the first teaser of Mission Mangal. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menen, Sharman Joshi and Sonakshi Sinha who are gearing up to take this ambitious mission to Mars. Akshay Kumar starrer is based on team Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and its journey to Mars.  

In the video, Akshay is seen as a senior scientist who is in charge of Mission Mangal. He instructs that they are ready to go with their mission. The teaser also shows a few glimpses of each character. Not only that, the teaser also showcases the two sides of each character- one, their dedicated side, while on the other hand, their backstory or personal life. Watch the teaser below:

Mission Mangal is the incredible, true story of a scientist, Rakesh Dhawan, played by Akshay Kumar and Tara Shinde played by Vidya Balan who lead a motley team of scientists who overcome their personal challenges and failures to serve as the brains behind one of the greatest mission in history: the launch of India’s first satellite to Mars, a stunning achievement that restored the nation’s confidence. The film is a tale of ordinary people doing extraordinary things and inspiring generations to dream big and achieve the impossible.
