Dream Team! Varun Dhawan May Join Salman Khan In Race 3
Varun Dhawan is hot property in Bollywood after the success of Judwaa 2 and now the makers of Salman Khan starrer Race 3 want to add him to the film’s cast
Salman Khan and
Varun Dhawan only had a scene together in Judwaa 2 but their comic timing
impressed the audience. And it looks like Race 3 producer Ramesh Taurani too
was bowled over.

Now Taurani wants
to reunite Salman and Varun in Race 3. The third film in the hit thriller
franchise has three male characters. Salman is headlining the cast and we had
told you that Emraan Hashmi is in talks for the second male lead
Taurani is now going all out to rope in Varun. The makers have approached the
young star and Taurani is desperately trying to seal the deal.

Varun added
another hit to his report card with Judwaa 2 which has collected Rs 119 crore at the box-office. Judwaa 2 became the
highest opening film of Varun’s career and has established him as a bankable
actor.

The makers of
Race 3 believe that the inclusion of Varun will enhance the brand value of the
franchise.
The third film in
the blockbuster franchise will be helmed by Remo D'Souza and after wrapping up
Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman will kick-start Race 3. Jacqueline Fernandez and Daisy
Shah are the leading ladies of the film.

The first film in
the Race franchise had hit theatres in 2008 and featured Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha
Basu, Akshaye Khanna, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor and Sameera Reddy in pivotal
roles. The second instalment of the franchise was directed by Abbas-Mustan and
once again starred Saif and Anil but accompanying them this time were John
Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Ameesha Patel and Jacqueline.
