His complaint states that the co-producer of Tipsssy has cheated him of Rs 2.6 crores. The case has been filed at the Amboli police station in sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 406 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
