Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra’s ‘break-up’ song has been echoing in Bollywood gossip corridors past few months. The two are NOT together anymore and that’s quite evident.

Alia has undoubtedly moved on and speculations are rife that she is getting up, close and personal with her Brahmastra co-star, Ranbir Kapoor was the FIRST to tell you that the two have been spending a lot of time at each other’s houses.

Yes, the news of Alia-Sid’s patch-up did surface a few months back, but that was just momentary. You may recall that Karan tried his best to reunite Alia and Sidharth but to no avail. The two did meet and come face-to-face at various occasions like Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday bash at Alibaug and Diwali parties, but that cordial stem too broke in no time.

And now, we hear that the disturbed equation is causing a ‘negative chemical reaction’ in their professional commitments too.

A while back, we had told you that Mohit Suri’s Aashiqui 3 has a hit a roadblock as Sidharth and Alia, who star in the film, have to complete Sadak 2, which is slated to release in Oct 2018. In fact, just a couple of weeks back, Sanjay Dutt met Mahesh Bhatt at his office to discuss the film. Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt will reprise their roles in this second instalment.

BUT looks like neither Aashiqui 3 nor Sadak 2 will kick-start, courtesy Alia-Sid’s split.

Reportedly, at a recent event, Mahesh Bhatt was questioned about Sadak 2, interestingly; the filmmaker, who is always vocal about things and never shies away from answering any question, conveniently ignored this one and walked off.

This surely raises a question about the film’s future.

So, will Sadak 2 see the light of the day? Will Alia and Sid still work in the film or the pair will get replaced. Also, will Aashiqui 3 also meet a similar fate?

Lot of unanswered questions, phew!
