Here’s Why Ranveer Singh Is Flipping Over Alia Bhatt!

Ranveer Singh always has something up his sleeve. The actor posted a video confirming his upcoming film, Gully Boy, with Alia Bhatt BUT trust Ranveer to do simplest of things in the most quirky way. Check out this hilarious video:
Gully Boy has had its share of casting rumours all the way. Earlier there were speculations that Saif & Amrita’s daughter Sara Ali Khan will debut with Ranveer in this film. Then there were rumours that Varun Dhawan may have stepped into Ranveer's shoes as the Bajirao Mastani star wasn't available for a whole year to shoot since he is busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati. But again, all these were plain and simple rumours!
Tracking down finally who is doing the film, SpotboyE.com had spoken to an official from Excel Entertainment and he clarified to us that Ranveer is still doing the movie. He had said, “Ranveer is still a part of Gully Boy and he is doing the film. Some people are trying to spread rumours. It’s a figment of their imagination. Varun has not even been approached for a role in the film.”
To be fair to Varun and his fans, he will get to romance Alia in his upcoming Holi release Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The film has been produced by Dharma Productions and directed by Shahshank Khaitan. It is a sequel to the hit Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014).
Coming back to Gully Boy, it's a coming-of-age film inspired by two real life rappers from Mumbai’s chawls - Rapper Divine and Rapper Naezy. Ranveer will play one of the rappers in the film. Zoya has been prepping for the film since a while now.
