Kalank Song, First Class To Be Out On Friday; Varun Dhawan-Kiara Advani Tease Fans Before Its Release
Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani announce a new song from Kalank called First Class, two days before its release. Are we excited?
The Varun Dhawan-Alia Bhatt starrer Kalank has been creating good buzz from the word go. Since the teaser was released, fans have been going gaga over the royal treatment to the movie which reminds one of Sanjay Leela Bhansali films. Next, the makers released the first song called Ghar More Pardesiya, which also earned praises. Madhuri Dixit Nene and Alia Bhatt’s jugalbandi along with the latter’s kathak moves, instantly became a talking point.
Now, another song from the movie titled First Class will be unveiled on Friday. Two days before its online release, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani engage in a friendly banter, announcing the song. The background music is peppy and suggests that this is going to be an interesting dance number featuring Varun and Kiara in it. Here, have a look:
Speaking of the movie, at the teaser launch, Alia Bhatt grew emotional talking about director Abhishek Varman. Said Alia, “Just sharing the stage with all these wonderful people, actors, it feels surreal. So, thank you Abhishek Varman and Karan Johar for bringing us all together. Genuinely, I’m going to try hard to be a little bit normal but it’s very difficult because I have a lot of love for my director, for my friend and we have put in a lot of effort, hard work into making this film happen. Every time I watch the visuals, it feels surreal. I just want to say that he is (Abhishek Varman) the nicest and the most amazing human being in the world. He’s so nice that I wish this film kills it, mostly and mainly only for him. He’s a lovely person and he deserves all the success and love in the world.”
We also witnessed a friendly camaraderie between ex-lovers Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit Nene on-stage as Dutt revealed that it was fun working with Madhuri after two decades and referred to her as ‘Ma’am’.
Kalank, is co-produced by Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie stars Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit Nene. It will be releasing on April 17, 2019.
