Last evening, we had a chat with Maharishi Bhatt, Kirti Vyas' cousin. For those who've come in late, Kirti is/was the employee at Adhuna Akhtar's BBlunt until she suddenly went missing on March 16, 2018. "Adhuna ma'am tried her best to locate Kirti. Farhan sir put out tweets- but everything failed. We now fear the worst," Maharishi began.

Recounting how the nightmare began, Maharishi told SpotboyE.com, "Kirti's colleagues Siddhesh Tamhankar (28) and Khushi Sajwani (42) had come to fetch Kirti  from her house".

Did Maharishi know that Kirti had sacked Siddhesh? The killing is suspected to have been carried out because Tamhankar  was enraged that Kirti had discontinued his services at BBlunt. "Isn't it ridiculous? My sister had asked him to leave alright, and we were in the know since a month ever since a notice was issued to Siddhesh. But tell me, surely it can't Kirti's individual decision. It must have been a company decision."

So what exactly did Kirti tell him about Siddhesh? "All she said was that he never worked properly and consequently, her workload had multiplied too much."

Maharishi continued, "You know what! The day she disappeared, Khushi and Siddhesh were waiting for her below our building at a sugarcane juice stall. Clearly, they were waiting for her to come down. She was not in the know about their heinous plans, else she wouldn't have walked into a trap."

"The two of them then never even told us that they had picked her up in their car. God knows what happened in the car after Kirti got in, and Siddhesh told us about the pick-up only after 3 full days. The admission came only after they learned that the CCTV footage was being scanned in certain areas. And will you believe it if I tell you that Siddhesh was with us when we were filing Kirti's first missing complaint? Imagine!"

After that? "Well, we suspected from Day 1 that he is behind her disappearance. We tried to ask him in 'n' number of ways but every time he feigned complete ignorance. Imagine he and his girlfriend Khushi, who we hear is having an extra-marital affair with him, then went that day and reported for work in the office!"

And then? "Well, we have just come to know that Kirti must have been kept in the dikki of their car because her blood stains have been found in the dikki. We matched that blood with Kirti's mom and dad through a DNA test and it is pucca that those belong to none other than Kirti."

Coming back to the conversation with Maharishi, he revealed something that will break your heart. "My mother has been in very bad shape ever since Kirti went missing. She even met Siddhesh and told him: Return my Kirti and we won't file any case against you."

Can somebody kill just for being sacked due to incompetence? What times are we living in? "That's exactly my point. I feel that there's more in this case than meets the eye," Maharishi opined.

On Saturday, we brought you the story and videos of the two suspected killers, Kirti and Siddhesh, being led away. Yesterday, we brought you the last footage of Kirti.





The police has questioned the two suspects,who still maintain that they had picked up Kirti in Khushi's car but she got off near Navjivan Junction. " Why would anybody pick up anyone and drop him/her at Navjivan, when the Grant Road or Bombay Central station is only a 2 minute drive from there?" Maharishi concludes, making an important point.

The police have scanned CCTV footage from the area and learnt that Kirti never got out of the car. "It is likely that the accused dumped her body to destroy evidence," a crime branch officer has said. "We are grilling the accused to recover the body and ascertain what weapon was used to kill her."
