Pakistani Actor Feroze Khan Extends Support To Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Months After Being Accused Of Domestic Violence By Ex-Wife
Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been fighting a long hard battle with his estranged wife Aaliya. After maintaining silence for the last few months about the entire ordeal, he finally opened up about all the allegations through a social media post. Not only did he find support in Bollywood celebrities like Kangana Ranaut, but even Pakistani actor Feroze Khan extended his best wishes, in a now deleted Twitter post.

The actor on Tuesday took to Twitter to repost Nawaz’s clarification and sent out his support to favourite actor. Retweeting the statement, he wrote, “Sending best wishes to favourite actor.” His tweet comes months after being accused of infidelity and domestic violence by his own ex-wife Syeda Aliza Sultan. For the unversed, last year in October, Syeda had released a statement about facing physical and psychological violence at the hands of her ex-husband. She had made allegations that she had to suffer through infidelity, blackmail and degradation at his hands too. She had written, "The welfare and well-being of my children have played a significant role in this decision. I do not want them to grow up in a toxic, unhealthy, and violent household. I’m afraid that their mental development and approach to life would be negatively impacted by exposure to such a hostile environment."

While the actor has denied all the allegations, the ex-couple is currently battling it out in Pakistani courts. 


Talking about Nawazuddin’s statements, he had issued clarifications to most of the allegations made by Aaliya. An excerpt from his statement read, “She only wants more money and hence have filed numerous cases on me and my mother & it’s her routine, she has done the same in the past too and withdraws the case when paid as per her demand.”

For the unversed, Aaliya accused Nawaz and his mother of domestic violence. She went on to state that they have been restricting her provision of food, a bed, and a bathroom. She had recently made a video about being thrown out of their Versova bungalow with her kids with only Rs. 81 in her pocket.
