The countdown to Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas’ wedding has begun. The actress kick-started the celebrations with a bridal shower at Tiffany & Co in New York, pictures of which took social media by storm. PeeCee opted for a white Marchesa feathered strapless dress and danced the night away with family and friends.
She took to social media to offer a glimpse of what her special night looked like. Alongside photographs of the night, she wrote, “Love, laughter and a room full of amazing ladies...and some special gentlemen (what a special surprise)! Thank you so much @mubinarattonsey and @anjula_acharia for throwing me such a memorable bridal shower that broke all the rules! My amazing friends and family who made me feel so special and loved, thank you. And to top it off @tiffanyandco Perfect! Here’s sharing it with you...”

Now, here’s some scoop on the guest list of the actress’ big night. We hear, Priyanka wants her close friends from the industry to make it to her special day and plans to send out invitations to Farhan Akhtar, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif among others. That’s not all, Salman Khan too is on her guest list. Well, yes, he is going to be one of Bollywood stars invited to the gala.
Says a source, “Besides Salman, invitations will also be sent out to Arpita-Aayush, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail-Seema, Alvira-Atul Agnihotri and Salim Khan. The couple plans to host a 3-day grand celebration at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur and 1500-2000 guests are expected to turn up.” FYI, wedding cards will be dispatched in mid-November.

The film’s director Ali Abbas Zafar hinted that her marriage with Nick is the reason behind the decision. She also signed The Sky Is Pink with Farhan Akhtar which further fuelled speculations whether marriage was the real reason since she continues to juggle the film’s schedule with other commitments.

Following that, Priyanka also wished the team of Aayush Sharma’s LoveYatri before the release of the film clearly indicating that there is no bad blood between the two. Remains to be seen whether Salman turns up for the actress’ wedding or not.
