Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev and Charu Asopa recently got married in Goa in a traditional Bengali wedding ceremony. The wedding was attended by the couple’s close family and friends and Sushmita looked very excited in the pictures!

Charu Asopa looked absolutely radiant in a red lehenga while Rajeev Sen looked dashing in his off- white sherwani with a turban on the wedding day. A few of Charu’s friends from the TV industry were also spotted at the wedding. TV actors Alan Kapoor, Neil Bhatt and Amrin Chakkiwala were also present. Sushmita attended the wedding with her boyfriend Rohman Shawl and her two daughters Renee and Alisah. The couple also had a haldi ceremony before their wedding. The couple had a court marriage on June 7, 2019 before tying the knot in this traditional wedding in Goa. Charu and Rajeev had been dating for quite a while. The actress had made their relationship official in January this year. The news of their wedding was announced on Sushmita’s Instagram where she shared pictures of the newly-engaged couple at their engagement. Charu shot to fame with the TV show Mere Angne Mein and has also acted in various popular TV shows such as Baal Veer, Diya Aur Baati Hum, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Jiji Maa, Devon Ke Dev …Mahadev amongst others.
