The first look poster and release date of Parineeti Chopra starrer Saina is finally out! The actress who has stepped into the shoes of Indian ace badminton player Saina Nehwal will be hitting the cinemas on March 26, 2021. The first poster of his biopic has the hand all set to grab shuttlecock with graphical representation instead of feather and has Saina written in a creative manner. The hand has a wrist band in Indian tricolor flag. This much awaited movie is directed by Amole Gupte.
The poster has Maar Doongi written on it which grabs attention. The lead actress sharing the poster on her Instagram account wrote, “SAINA! In cinemas 26th March,” followed by an emoji flashing a huge smile, she also tagged the rest of the people associated with the movie. The actress, in order to prepare for the film, met Saina and her family and also took several practice sessions to make it look more real on screen. It will be an incredible movie to watch as mentioned on the poster.

During the shooting schedule, the actress was also injured, in her Instagram story she wrote, “Dude. Me and the entire team of Saina have been taking so much care that I shouldn't get an injury, but shit happens. Will rest it as much as I can before I can start playing badminton again. #SainaNehwalBiopic” This sport biopic is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Sujay Jairaj and Rasesh Shah.
