Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh is still making a lot of noise. The film, which has grossed big moolahs, has got Shahid a lot of accolades for this performance. Evidently, fans are eager to know what’s next on the actor’s list. A few days back reports of Shahid keeping Dinko Singh biopic on hold for a while made rounds. It was also said that meanwhile, Shahid has given a go ahead to Nikkhil Advani’s next. He has liked the script of the film, which is said to be directed by Lucknow Central director, Ranjit Tiwari.
And now, SpotboyE.com has found out the subject on which this film will be based. We hear that the plot is based on the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. To confirm the same, we contacted director, Ranjt Tiwari who strangely asked us a question in his reply, “Who says I am making a film with Shahid and Nikkhil?” When we told him the news broke out a few days back and the entire press carried it, he then did not deny that his next is likely to be based on 26/11 terror attacks but hastily added, “It’s too early to talk right now, waqt aane pe sab bataunga.”
Guess we busted the little secret, did we? Moving on to Shahid, well, what role will the actor portray in the film, is yet to be decided.
Shahid Kapoor has made some wrong choices in the past few years in terms of his movie selection. He did Rangoon in 2017, which bombed at the box-office, followed by Padmaavat in 2018, where Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spoken about more and then came Batti Gul Meter Chalu later in 2018, which again tanked. However, Kabir Singh got him back in the game. The actor, of course, is being extremely cautious about what he chooses next. And looks like, 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks is Shahid’s calling, after all.
