Actress Shefali Shah who played the key role in web series, Delhi Crime is on cloud nine since the series won the best drama series title at International Emmy Awards 2020. The actress was overwhelmed and this definitely called for a celebration, and finally the actress has begun celebrating this big win. Dropping a picture of her along with a friend, who is also associated with the web series, she is clicked as raised the glass to celebrate the victory.
In her caption, the senior actress mentioned finally kick starting the celebration for their Emmy win, followed by thanking Neha Kaul seen along with her. The actress thanked Neha for having faith, love and belief which got the web series to see the daylight. She wrote in her Instagram caption, “The very first celebration of the Emmy win... rightfully ours!!! Thank you baby for all the love, belief and passion you came in with and fired the flight of Delhi Crime...”
Further she mentioned this being a perfect moment as the duo soaked in the vibe of winning the title and also thanked Neha for the perfect margaritas. She wrote further, “it couldn't have been more perfect than soaking our win together. Along with those perfect margaritas... love you @nehacolours”
In an exclusive conversation with us, when she was asked if she expected the series to win this award, she replied, “I would have been surprised if it didn't win. Before they opened the envelope, I think I stopped breathing. And then it was just madness. I screamed it loud and it's continued.”
