Nehha Pendse (GOOD): Nehha Pendse tied the knot with boyfriend Shardul Singh Bayas in Pune on Jan 5, 2020. The pictures of their wedding ceremony spell total happiness. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
Akshaye Khanna (BAD): Akshaye Khanna is back to doing films and he impressed the audience with his lawyer act in Section 375. But, his recent release, Sab Kushal Mangal turned out to be a total disappointment. A bad start to 2020!
Ashiesh Roy (GOOD): We had exclusively brought you the story that Sasural Simar Ka actor Ashiesh Roy has been admitted to the SRV Multispeciality Hospital in Goregaon due to renal dysfunction. His kidneys weren’t functioning properly and he wasn’t in a good state. But now, the actor is finally ready to be discharged as he wrote on social media, “About to be discharged after 4 days. Feeling fitter and considerably poorer. Lesson learnt and smoking days over:(“
Bhumi Pednekar (GOOD): Bhumi had a fab 2019. Four of her films- Son Chiriya, Saand Ki Aankh, Bala and Patni Patni Aur Woh together minted close to Rs 300 crore at box-office. Woot woot!
Kiara Advani (GOOD): Just like Bhumi, 2019 also turned out to be lucky for Kiara Advani. The stupendous success of Kabir Singh followed by Good Newwz marking ‘Good news’ at box-office. The actress is looking ahead to a brighter 2020.
Ramesh Sippy (BAD): Shimla Mirchi, which was readied by Sholay filmmaker Ramesh Sippy with Hema Malini and Rajkummar Rao did not release in national multiplexes- Carnival, INOX, PVR, Cinepolis. Reason- Viacom 18 who was backing the film refused to enter into an agreement with the plexes that they will not stream the film for 8 weeks on any digital platform.
Arpita Khan Sharma (GOOD): Last week, we were treated to the FIRST PICTURE of Arpita and Aayush’s li’l bundle of joy, Ayat. Her picture melted our hearts instantly.
Anuradha Paudwal (BAD): Singer Anuradha Paudwal faced a sticky situation when a Kerala woman named Karmala Modex claimed to be her biological daughter. She even filed a case against the sensational singer and dictated a handsome amount of Rs 50 crores.
Abhishek Bachchan (GOOD): Abhishek Bachchan starts the year with a bang. The actor shared the first look of his film, The Big Bull – The Man Who Sold Dreams To India. The movie is based on the rise and fall of Big Bull- stockbroker Harshad Mehta, who was known for his enormous wealth allegedly collected through one of the biggest stock market scams in the country. A good way to start the year indeed!
