When Ranveer And Deepika Could Not Match Their Heads And Shoulders
Nothing wrong in it, but wouldn't you have loved to see them sharing screen space yet again after Ram Leela and Bajirao Mastani?
A shampoo brand recently wanted the real life couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone to shoot a commercial for them.
Alas! It did not happen.
Why you ask?
Well, to begin with, the lady was busy with xXx when Ranveer was relatively free--- but was available for shoot when Ranveer was immersed in Befikre and his Switzerland holiday. In short, the two of them and the brand in question could not settle on a date which was convenient to all three of them.
Hence, eventually the ad was shot with Ranveer. 
SpotboyE.com has it that the brand was keen to recreate what they did with Saif and Kareena in the past.
We also heard that when the ad's director Farah Khan learnt that Deepika might come on board, she was thrilled to bits. Their connection goes back to Om Shanti Om (2007). You may recall that Farah launched Deepika with the film, but looks like the actress broke her heart this time around.
