Bigg Boss 14 contestant Arshi Khan tested positive for Coronavirus a few days ago, and she informed her fans about the COVID-19 diagnosis through a post on social media. The actress is currently quarantining at her home in Mumbai, and is following a healthy diet in order to recover from the virus quickly. Arshi shared about her diet plan, and stressed the importance of a healthy diet when one is recuperating from COVID-19.
While speaking to ETimes, Arshi Khan said that she feels a good diet promotes faster recovery. She urged people to avoid consuming tobacco and take a healthy diet. Speaking about what she has been consuming while battling COVID-19, Arshi said that she has been making sure that she has a lot of fresh fruits and juices. “I also consume our desi kadha, I prepare that by listening to my mom over a call. I also depend on warm, soft foods and supplements. I make sure that the timing of fluid consumption should be in between meals and not with the meal,” she said.
Arshi also spoke about choosing to be optimistic during this time to make this challenging period a little lighter mentally and emotionally.
Earlier, while speaking to ETimes, Arshi had mentioned that her mom has been worried about her and asked her to come home to Bhopal. “My mom is crying and asking me to come home in Bhopal so she can take care of me. But I told her that's not possible. can't risk my family's health, so I won't be going there for a while now,” she said.
