Wedding celebrations are in full swing in the Kaushik household as the FIR actress, Kavita Kaushik is set to tie the knot with boyfriend Ronnit Biswas on January 27 in a Himalayan ceremony.
But before the would-be couple heads out to the mountains, they are celebrating all the pre-wedding functions in Mumbai. Last night, Kavita Kaushik held a mehendi ceremony at her residence, which was attended by her close friends- Bharti Singh and Aashka Goradia.

Just a day back, Kavita held an intimate haldi ceremony as well at her residence in Malad with only family and close friends in attendance. While the bride-to-be glowed in a yellow and pink lehenga choli, paired with heavy jewellery, the groom looked dapper in a green kurta pyjama.
Close friend Aashka Goradia, who was present at the haldi ceremony as well, took to Instagram to post a picture from the celebrations. She wrote, “#seasonoflove #shaadi @ikavitakaushik @ronnit0507 it's happening (sic).”
Kavita will wed Ronnit at a shrine near Kedarnath and a small wedding party of 15 people will trek up to the temple for the ceremony.
Once they have become man and wife after the white wedding, the couple will head straight to a honeymoon in the Himalayas. It was in September last year that the FIR had admitted that she has found love again after splitting from long-term boyfriend Nawab Shah.
Ronnit is the Brand Director and Head of Events at Mangorange Productions and he and Kavita were friends for a very long time before they began dating each other.
Well, from these pictures, it looks like the to-be bride and groom had an eventful mehendi and haldi ceremonies. And now, we can’t wait to see the pictures from their Himalayan wedding.
