The announcement of Erica Fernandes and Shaheer Sheikh starrer Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3 has psyched the fans of the show. They are extremely pumped to see Sonakshi and Dev again onscreen, casting their magic on everyone. Having said that, the makers have recently released the first promo of Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3 but unlike the previous seasons, we will witness a change in Sonakshi and Dev’s relationship. The promo starts with Dev and Sonakshi having tea in the morning while his mother Ishwari essayed by Supriya Pilgaonkar is busy playing with her granddaughter.
Dev asks Sonakshi what is she thinking but Sona asks him to guess. Upon failing to guess, Sonakshi makes Dev realise their lost love. However, will they able to bring back their lost love is what to be seen ahead. The Instagram handle of the channel even captions the video with, ‘Rishton ki gehraai mein pyaar hai ya daraar?’ (Is there love or rift in their relationship) Well, this states that the show will highlight the changing dynamics of their relationship and how will they rekindle their love.
On joining the third season of the show, Shaheer Shaikh told TOI, “Dev as a character has received a lot of love from the audience and it’s encouraging to see the eagerness and anticipation of the audience continue after all these years. I am extremely excited and thrilled about Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi – Nayi Kahaani. It feels good to reprise the role of Dev Dixit yet again with a new narrative.”
Whereas Erica Fernandes shared that the character of Sonakshi is close to her heart and she feels she grew as her character did in the show. “It feels great to reunite with the cast and crew once again as we embark on this new journey. I am overwhelmed with the love received from the audience and all I can say is, you won’t be disappointed. This time around even though Dev and Sona are together, are they really what they used to be? We’ll soon answer that for you,” she said.
