TV Heartthrob Gautam Rode Suffers A Setback, Mother Hospitalised!
Gautam took to Twitter to share his thoughts and said that although recovering well, his mother is still in the hospital
TV superstar Gautam Rode, who has featured in super hit shows such as Saraswatichandra, Mahakumbh and Suryaputra Karn among others, is going through a bad phase, personally. The actor’s mother, Sangita, is hospitalised. This is indeed a testing time for the family.

Gautam took to Twitter to keep fans posted about her progress and wrote, “Hi friends Hope all of u r doing good. I have not been able to keep in touch with all of u ,as it's been a difficult time for me personally. Mom is still in hospital but she is recovering now. Pls keep her in ur prayers n pls pray for her speedy recovery. Will get in touch soon. Tc (sic).”
On the professional front, Gautam is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Aksar 2, which is in its final stage of completion and stars Zareen Khan opposite him. Talking about the actor, director Ananth Mahadevan said, “Gautam is cut out for the big screen. I was pleasantly surprised to see how he works on a character and how he can hold a moment, which many actors can't. I'm really happy that cinema has found a very dependable actor and I'm sure we are going to see a lot more of Gautam in the days to come.”
Aksar 2 is the sequel of the 2006 thriller which starred Emraan Hashmi, Udita Goswami and Dino Morea and had many bold scenes.
However, Gautam signed the film as unlike its first part, Aksar 2 is not a bold film. We wish a speedy recovery for Gautam’s mother.
