Produced by Rajan Shahi, Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Starring Pranali Rathore, Harshad Chopra, Shreyansh Kaurav, Jai Soni and many more in pivotal roles, the show is one of the most-watched shows on Star Plus. In the last few episodes of the show, it was seen that Akshara and Abhimanyu bring the Birla and Goenka families together so that they can help Abhir overcome his depression.

In today’s episode it will be seen that despite not talking to Abhimanyu, Akshara saves him from stepping on glass pieces while dancing. On the other hand Muskaan tries to talk to Kairav, who tells her that they need to work on their marriage. In the morning, at the Birla mansion as everyone is getting ready to go for the Janmashtami function Parth reveals that he won’t be coming as he can’t pretend to be happy and smiling when he is not. He starts arguing with his parents, Mahima and Anand. Mahima heaps praises on Abhimanyu stating how he has improved over the years. Anand tries to remind him that Abhimanyu is his brother and that he also has Shivu’s responsibility to take care of. Mahima tells him that she is ready to give him anything he wants but the MD’s position in Birla hospital. Parth demands a separation and states that he is entitled to his fair share of the property. As Mahima goes to slap him, Abhimanyu stops her. Abhimanyu tries to make Parth understand how wrong he is but the latter isn’t ready to budge. Abhimanyu goes on to give Parth 6 months to prove himself. Abhimanyu states that once Parth proves his talents he will resign from the MD position and appoint Parth in that position. In the upcoming episode it will be seen that Akshara slips while trying to break the matka, which leaves Abhimanyu worried. Abhir and Manjiri get stuck in a room.
