It’s Friday, a day which gets TV show makers biting their nails as the TRP report is out deciding the fate of the ongoing shows. This week topping the top 5 spots on the charts are Anupamma, Imlie, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Kundali Bhagya, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Indian Idol 2020. While Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein has received a decent amount of viewership as compared to the above mentioned shows.
Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa has been setting benchmark ever since the show has begun, now it would grabbing further more attention with Rupali’s onscreen character choosing to start a new life after leaving Vanraj. The show has registered 3.8 million impressions.
Next on the list is Imlie starring Mayuri Deshmukh, Gashmeer Mahajani, and Sumbul Touqeer in pivotal roles, the show garnered immense appreciation from the audience. It is a story of a village girl who is forced to marry a journalist, who later discovers her husband being already married when she comes to the city. The show has garnered 3.1 million impressions.
On the third spot is Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, it got 3.0 million impressions, this love story of an IPS officer Virat played Neil Bhatt who due to some difficulties has to bid goodbye to love of his life Pakhi, and ties knot to Sai Joshi played by Ayesha Singh. Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar’s Kundali Bhagya seems to lost its charm, as the show takes the fourth spot with 2.9 million impressions.
While Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Indian Idol 2020 have ended up on the fifth spot in this week’s list. Both the shows have received 2.7 million impressions. While Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai garnered attention with Kartik and Sirat’s fresh story, the singing reality show has been on the fifth spot for a long time now.
