Taapsee Pannu Asks Media To Recommend Her Name To The Makers Of Mithali Raj Biopic
Taapsee Pannu is pretty straight forward and very frank during her media interactions. Recently, Taapsee asked the media people to recommend her name to the makers of Mithali Raj biopic who is an Indian women's cricket team skipper.

Well, during her interactive session, Taapsee quipped, "If I will get that film then it will be a lot of fun by playing cricket in it. If someone amongst you (media) know makers of that film then, please recommend my name to them because I really wanted to get signed for that film (laughs)."

Makers of Mithali Raj biopic, are you guys listening? Well, before that happens for real, the Game Over actress will be next seen in Saand Ki Aankh along with Bhumi Pednekar.

The teaser of the same was released on Thursday and must say it has hit the bull's eye! Pun intended. Taapsee and Bhumi are essaying the role of the world’s oldest sharpshooters from India, Chandro and Prakashi Tomar. From their attitude to their aim, everything is on point!

The 31-years-old actress will also be seen in multi-starrer Mission Mangal starring Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharman Joshi, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menon. The teaser, which was released recently garnered a lot of appreciation.

While sharing a picture of the team on Akshay's Instagram handle, he wrote, "Be it making a home or launching a successful space mission, women know it all! Celebrating the power of women scientists: #MissionMangal is their story!"

This Independence Day, Mission Mangal will be locking horns with 2 biggies- John Abraham's Batla House and Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor's Saaho.
