Simmba. Yesterday, the makers of the film shared the first picture from the
sets, which had Rohit Shetty, Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Karan Johar seated
on a jeep. After the picture, a video in which Rohit Shetty calls Sara Ali
Khan, Amrita Singh surfaced online. Karan Johar shared the video and wrote, “SIMMBA!!!!!
Starts today!!!!! Directed by the DYNAMIC @itsrohitshetty starring the MAGNETIC
@ranveersingh and the GORGEOUS #SaraAliKhan....releasing DEC 28th, 2018”
In the
video, Ranveer Singh can be seen saying a dialogue; this is when director Rohit
interrupts and says, “Pagal hogaya hai, film ka dialogue kyu bol raha hai.” Later,
when Sara Ali Khan joins them and asks them if it’s Singham 3’s set, Shetty
makes fun of her saying, ‘Aila! Amrita Singh’ and then runs away.

Well, we do
agree with Rohit Shetty, the budding actress is a true copy of her mom, Amrita
Singh. While leaving for Hyderabad for the shoot of the film, Sara was accompanied
by her mom. Dressed similarly in cotton kurits, don’t they just look alike?

Talking about the poster of the film, sporting a mischievous look, Ranveer is seen in a khakee uniform here. If you remember actors like Salman Khan (Dabanng), Shahid Kapoor (Phata Poster Nikla Hero) and Akshay Kumar (Rowdy Rathore) have played cops before and they have added their own charm to the character. With Ranveer Singh playing a police officer for the first time, we bet he is going to make Simmba one-of-a-kind!
