Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s secret affair is making headlines. Both Alia and Ranbir have been silent about their ongoing romance. But now, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Alia has responded to the news of she dating Ranbir.
In the interview, she was asked about her break-up with Sidharth Malhotra and dating rumours with a businessman and Ranbir Kapoor. Here’s what she had to say. “Even I get really confused when I read such things, but I strongly believe that ‘silence is golden’. It’s not as if I’m never going to have a personal life. I will and I do have one, but I feel it’s called ‘personal’ for a reason. That’s why it will always stay close to me. I am fine; people can say whatever, as I don’t get bothered by such stories. May be except when you feel something really random has been written. I just hope people don’t think that this is all I am doing in life.”

They are playing it cool (and safe) and make it a point to send their cars racing back to their respective houses, if they stay back at each other’s pad.
In fact Alia has always been smitten by Ranbir. Long back, on Koffee With Karan, the actress had also admitted that she wants to get married to Ranbir Kapoor. When Alia and Parineeti Chopra were on Karan Johar’s chat show, the host asked the actress on what her vibe with RK Jr was, to which Alia said, "I remember the first time I spoke to Ranbir.. You (Karan Johar) called him up when Rockstar released and you said, here talk to Ranbir tell him how much you love him. And I just spoke so much rubbish, I was just talking non-stop. But later I have hung out with Ranbir and I still think he is really adorable and I still want to marry him."
Coming back to her reply on whether she is seeing Ranbir or not- shall we just assume that her ‘golden silence’ is hinting towards a yes?
