Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 3 starring Karishma Tanna, Anita
Hassanandani, Surbhi Jyoti and Rajat Tokas has struck gold with the audience.
The supernatural show has indeed established a monopoly with no show coming
close to its impressions. In Week 30 (July 21-27) too Naagin 3 was at No. 1
position.
Take a look at the difference between the show’s
impressions vis a vis the remaining 4 telly dramas – Kundali Bhagya, Kumkum
Bhagya, Dance Deewane and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (in chronological order)

The table clearly indicates that Naagin 3 currently has
no competition!

Next up, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah which had seen a
big jump in its position following Dr Hathi’s (Kavi Kumar Azaad) death, is out
of Top 5. In the week in question, the comedy show was at the 6th position.We
had told you that the makers are scouting for replacement for the popular
character. Nirmal Soni was said to step into Dr. Hathi’s shoes but the actor exclusively told us that he hasn’t got a call from the
makers yet.
Let’s see who bags the role.

Bhumika Gurung, Abhishek Sharma and Indraneil Sengupta
starrer Nimki Mukhiya continues to disappoint as far as BARC impressions are
concerned. The family drama could not even sustain itself in Top 20. Time for a
rethink, makers?

Shakti- Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki registered an improved
performance this time around. The Colors’ show went from No. 9 to 7. It will be
interesting to see if the family drama is able to move up the ladder with
relatively new shows such as Naagin 3 and Dance Deewane giving tough
competition.
