The Good, Bad And Ugly Of Last Week: Karan Johar, Lisa Haydon, Akshay Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, John Abraham
Eventful week and time to classify the important things that happened in the world of films and television. Feel free to disagree, please

Karan Johar (GOOD)
:

Karan Johar is the darling director of Bollywood. He has launched several faces and now it’s indeed a blessing for him to see two of his favourite students Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan settle down in matrimony. SpotboyE.com has it that he will have a huge contribution in their shaadis.

Vidya Sinha (BAD):

vidya

Actress Vidya Sinha who was known for her performances in films like Chhoti Si Baat, Rajnigandha to name a few passed away on August 15. The 71-year-old actress had developed lung and cardiac disorders both. It was quite saddening and the whole of Bollywood mourned over her loss.

Lisa Haydon (GOOD):

It’s good news for the actress again! Lisa is expecting her second baby and she announced it on social media by flaunting her baby bump picture.

Sherlyn Chopra (UGLY):

Sherlyn Chopra made some startling confessions to SpotboyE.com about filmmaker Ram Gopal Verma as she revealed he had offered her an adult film 3 years back and even shared a dirty video on Whatsapp. Waiting to see RGV’s reaction now!

Akshay Kumar (GOOD):

Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal is doing very well at the box-office and the reviews too have been favourable. With a lovely star cast comprising of strong female characters essayed by Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menen, the makers have a winner

John Abraham (GOOD):

It’s not every time that you get to see two big films releasing on the same day, performing well together. Guess Akshay and John are lucky in that sense. Like last year, this time too their respective films are performing well in spite of clashing at the box-office. John’s Batla House is performing well.

Nach Baliye 9 (BAD):

We really don’t know what’s happening as back to back several injuries are taking place on the show. Now, Saurabh Raaj Jain’s wife Ridhima suffered an injury on sets.

Ekta Kapoor-Mona Singh (UGLY):

It has to be an ugly spat for these besties to drift away all of a sudden. SpotboyE.com brought it to you first that the BFFs unfollowed each other on Instagram and are no longer on shocking terms.

Sridevi (GOOD):

August 13 marked the 56th birth anniversary of late actress Sridevi and on that day, Madame Tussauds Singapore announced that they would be unveiling her wax statue in the month of September.
